A: You can order 1pc sample for quality checking.
Q2. How long is the warranty of your products?
A: 3 years or 5 years with different price options.
Q3. Can you provide samples of your products?
A: Yes, we accept sample orders, and we can return the sample cost if there are future bulk orders.
Q4. What about your lead time?
A: 3-5 days for samples, 25-30 days for bulk orders in off-peak season, and 15 days in peak season.
Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on your products?
A: Yes. We will send a sample for approval before production based on your authorization.
Q6. Is it OK to use my own package?
A: Yes. Normally we offer inner boxes and carton boxes, but your custom design is also acceptable.
