What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons with foam protection. Customized packaging is supported upon authorization.
What is your payment policy?
For orders less than USD3000, 100% in advance. For larger orders, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment via TT, PayPal, or Western Union.
How long is the delivery time?
Samples take 7 to 15 days, while bulk orders take 25 to 50 days depending on items and quantity.
Do you support OEM/Customization?
Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings, including building specific molds and fixtures.
